Delivery & Returns
UK orders which are placed and authorised will be despatched on the next working day, to the Cardholders address only!
Incomplete or inaccurate shipping and/or billing information may result in delays to your order.
We do not ship to P.O.Boxes.
The charge for this will be £4.95, irrespective of how many items you order. U.K orders are dispatched and will generally arrive within 2 - 3 working days from the date that you place your order and make payment.
Please allow up to 10 days for unforeseen circumstances. All items will require a signature, please make sure you are available to sign for your delivery.
If no person is available to sign for your delivery then a card will be posted informing you that a delivery attempt was made.
It is deemed your responsibility to contact/collect from the courier in question.
How much will it cost to deliver my order
• Order delivery costs are calculated at the time of placing your order.
• You will be able to view your order delivery charge before you proceed to pay and confirm your order.
How long will it take to delivery my order
• Order delivery times vary depending on to where the order is to be delivered, please see below for a guide to the delivery times for the countries that we ship to.
• The delivery times listed below are estimate times and based on working days (excluding weekends) from when your order has left our warehouse for dispatch.

Do I qualify for free delivery?
We currently offer FREE DELIVERY (excluding Wholesale Orders) on UK orders of £100.00 or over.*
* Excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Should there be an error with your order or a faulty or damaged item within your order, we require that you notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt. We will exchange the item for an undamaged replacement or the correct product, or refund the cost of the item if the product is not available.
You will not be charged for the return postage or the replacement postage in this case, providing that you return the item via the method we advise.
Whilst in your care, the parcel is deemed your responsibility. If you lose, use or give away that parcel, no replacement will be provided. Once we have received the returned item, we will despatch the corrected order on a next working day service where possible.
You are eligible to claim a full refund if the goods you have ordered are not delivered within 30 days. You must notify us of non delivered items within this period.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your goods, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.
If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags and packaging, odour-free, unused, unworn, we will refund you any money which you have paid to value of the goods, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required.
You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. We can only accept the return of goods in their original condition including tags and packaging and that are odour-free, unused and unworn.
All return items must include their order number which can be obtained by contacting [email protected]. No returns will be accepted without this order number.
We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.
If an item is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us.
If in the event that you wish for us to re-deliver an item that has been returned back to us by our courier due to a 'non-delivery', you will be responsible for the payment of the re-delivery postage.
If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the item will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us.
Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.
No refunds will be given until the return goods have been received.
For your protection, undergarments (including rash guards), mouth guards, protective cups and compression shorts and pant's cannot be returned, even if they are new and unused.
