Boxing

Using a range of punching techniques, combinations, evasive footwork and other defensive techniques, boxing is a sport of strength, speed, endurance and skill. The roots of Boxing go further back than you may think, with a commonly held theory that it's birth may date as far back as 687BC where it was classed an official Olympic Game by the Ancient Greeks. Forerunners of modern day Boxing that have developed the sport as we know it today include Great Britain and the United States.
